Part-Time / Casual OSCAR Staff – Hastings, Napier, and Taradale

The Y (YMCA Hawke’s Bay) has proudly supported the community for over 125 years, and we’re looking for passionate and reliable people to join our team.

We have multiple part-time and casual roles available across Hastings, Taradale, and Napier for our Out of School Care (OSCAR) and Holiday Programmes. These roles include both assistant and supervisor positions in before and after school care.

Whether you’re a student, looking for part-time work, or wanting to build experience working with tamariki, we offer flexible hours, full training, and pathways to grow into leadership roles.

• Availability to work additional hours during school holidays
